At Boxo, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make your exchange or refund process effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping box and include your printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
